About Project Manager

 

Job Summary

Looking for

- Someone with eight years or more of prior experience in project management in a high-end creative industry. This could be interiors, furniture, fashion, luxury products, etc. We need someone who understands high net-worth clientele and has a good eye for sophisticated aesthetics.

 - Must be a fantastic human being. We are eager to add the best of the best to our growing family.

- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills,  in-person communication, and phone etiquette. Excellent writer with outstanding attention to detail.

- Must be a self-starter with a high level of organization, ability to prioritize, and exercise independent judgment while collaborating with a team.

- A Jack/Jane of all trades who is excited about doing something new each day, following through with long term projects, and contributing wherever necessary. -Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required.

-Technical knowledge of or prior experience with game tables or any of our other product lines is not necessary. It's not brain surgery (wheewww!) and we'll provide training.

Experience & Skills

- Provide managerial, operational and administrative oversight of strategic projects within our multi-product brand. You may be managing the processes of projects within marketing and PR like a brand collaboration, event, or marketing campaign or the processes of product development from concept to completion including the complete product lifecycle of packaging, accessories, and more.

- Approach all projects you are managing within the company with a holistic perspective, prioritizing and making decisions based on your complete understanding of all projects. The majority of projects are within the creative realm. A strong eye for branding, visual aesthetics, and luxury elements is key.

- Ability to coordinate and chair meetings, lead discussions, organize planning processes, and provide a variety of information on departmental projects, policies and procedures. Create systems of organization for all projects and maintain those systems.

- Hiring and managing specialized contractors and freelancers to bring the projects into fruition. Collaborating with existing contractors, freelancers, and collaborators on ongoing projects.

- As 11 Ravens and Ravella Tequila grow, responsibilities may change and evolve; this position requires flexibility!
