WESTWEEK 2014 Delivers Best-in-Class Design

  With nearly 4,000 interiors professionals in attendance during its annual two-day Spring Market, PDC's WESTWEEK 2014 was <em>the</em> global epicenter for best-in-class design. More than 25 internationally revered tastemakers and design authorities, including: <b>Thomas Beeton, Michael Berman, Mario Buatta, Timothy Corrigan, Ken Fulk, Alexa Hampton, Jiun Ho, Kerry Joyce, Kit Kemp, Christopher Kennedy, Laura Kirar, Richard Landry, James Magni, Sarah Richardson, Andrew Skurman, Roger Thomas </b>and<b> Suzanne Tucker </b>joined in conversation with editors from the nation’s leading shelter publications, including C<i>alifornia Homes, Interior Design, Interiors </i>Magazine<i>, T: The New York Times Style </i>Magazine and <i>Robb Report Home & Style</i> Magazine, delivering top-notch educational programming to inform and engage attendees. A robust schedule of more than 100 showroom product introductions, events and lectures complemented the four power-house keynote presentations providing a comprehensive Market experience for designers attending from across the nation and around world. A highlight to WESTWEEK was the invitation-only 2014 Stars of Design and Stars on the Rise Awards. Presided over by Charles S. Cohen, President and Owner of Pacific Design Center, the annual ceremony honors Southern California’s most prolific talents for their accomplishments, commitment to excellence and contributions to their profession across the creative disciplines. 2014 honorees included<b> D</b><b>oug Aitken </b>(Art),<b> Alison Berger </b>(Product Design),<b> Timothy Corrigan</b> (Interior Design),<b> Agustin Garza </b>(Graphic Design),<b> Art Gray </b>(Photography) and<b> Robert Truskowski </b>(Landscape Design).
