We are a luxury wallpaper & fabric brand seeking a part-time Showroom Assistant to join our team at our Melrose Avenue showroom in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for an early-career professional or recent graduate with an interest in sales, client relations, and operations within the interior design and luxury retail space. The Showroom Assistant will play a key role in supporting sales efforts and brand growth by assisting with client outreach, maintaining an elevated and welcoming showroom environment, and supporting day-to-day operations. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a design-driven, client-focused setting.

• Supporting customer outreach initiatives, including the preparation and distribution of curated outreach materials
• Greeting showroom visitors and providing a polished, informative introduction to products and services
• Assisting the sales team with client interactions and day-to-day showroom activities
• Maintaining the visual presentation, organization, and overall standards of the showroom
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including updating spreadsheets, managing contact lists, and tracking outreach efforts
• Responding to basic customer inquiries via email and in person with professionalism and attention to detail
• Supporting additional projects and responsibilities as needed

• Early-career professional or recent graduate with an interest in interior design, luxury retail, or client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, email, and shared documents)
• Quick learner with a proactive, collaborative mindset

Position Details:

• Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
• On-site role based at our Melrose Avenue showroom in Los Angeles
